The Data Controller is the company WiZiU, located at 10 rue de Madrid – 75008 Paris (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

If you have made a reservation at one of the Company’s hotels:
This includes:
- Payment card data;
- Identity and contact details: name, first name, email address, phone number, ID, address;
- Reservation details, including your check-in and check-out dates;
- Stay details, including electronic room key data;
- Preferences (smoking or non-smoking room, food allergies, etc.);
- Potential images from our CCTV system;
- Loyalty program data or information related to spa bookings, seminars, or events (frequency, volume of visits, dates, revenue generated, company name, etc.).
These data are collected either directly from you (via our websites, in person, by email or phone) or from authorized third parties (Online Travel Agencies, Channel Managers, Payzen, Booking Engines, Franchisees, Hotel Brands, or other partners).
If you are a candidate:
This includes all data required for recruitment, particularly:
- Identification data: name, first name, date of birth, address, phone number, email;
- Professional data: CV, cover letter, diplomas, professional experience, references, certificates, etc.
If you are a “contact” broadly speaking for the Company:
Specific information regarding the CRM system implemented by the Company:
To facilitate contact management, the Company uses a “CRM” (Client Relationship Management) system. As a “contact” broadly speaking for the Company, your data are processed within software developed by SLAMUP, acting as a data processor.
This processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by requesting anonymization of your data via rgpd@wiziu.com.
The Personal Data we may process includes:
- Name and first name;
- Civil status;
- Date of birth;
- Professional and/or personal phone number;
- Professional and/or personal email address;
- Professional and/or personal postal address;
- Company;
- Job title;
- Job category;
- Industry;
- Type of relationship you have with the Company;
- Your photo, if applicable.
Generally, these data are collected directly from you or are public information. Your Personal Data are used exclusively by the Company for:
- Efficient and targeted communication between Company personnel and you or your company;
- Optimizing contact management within our teams;
- Statistical purposes for our hotels.
The recipients are:
- Authorized personnel of the Company;
- Authorized personnel of SLAMUP, acting as data processors for the Company. Data are stored within the European Union.
Your data are not subject to any commercial transactions with third parties.
Data Retention Policy in CRM:
- We anonymize your data within a maximum of thirty (30) days following your request;
- Regular data cleaning campaigns are conducted.
Who Are the Recipients of Your Personal Data?
Recipients include:
- Authorized personnel of the Company;
- Authorized service providers and partners, particularly those involved in communication, IT infrastructure maintenance, or acting as data processors.
