L’Hermitage Gantois is looking for its NB/H/F Practitioner for its SPA.
Main duties:
- Welcome customers
- Prepare treatment cabins
- Foster customer loyalty
Activities:
- Provide treatments, massages and aesthetic care in accordance with protocols set by the hierarchy
- Provide promotion, advice and sales of services and care products to develop sales
- Be attentive to customers and respond to their needs and expectations
- Foster customer loyalty by providing a customer journey of excellence
- Keep the spa clean and tidy
- Respect health and safety standards
- Prepare cabins and the entire spa reception area before treatments
Your profile
Main features:
- Good knowledge of aesthetics
- Interpersonal skills
- Team spirit
- Sense of detail
- Rigor
- Linguistics (English is a minimum)
Desired qualifications: BTS esthetics or spa practitioner title

Salary: 12.18 euros gross

L’Hermitage Gantois, a franchise of the Autograph Collection by Marriott brand, is a 5-star establishment located in the heart of Lille. A listed 15th-century building, it combines an exceptional setting, history and modernity. The hotel features 89 rooms and suites, a restaurant, bar and spa. The 7 event spaces (including the Salle des Hospices, the Chapel and the Oratoire) can accommodate up to 300 guests.
