Job description
Under the direction of the Reception Services Manager and front office assistants, you:
- Be responsible for getting to know each of our customers in order to offer personalized service
- Ensure that Marriott Bonvoy members feel special and recognized for their loyalty to Marriott International
- Be present in the lobby. Proactively approach customers and anticipate the various needs observed
- Build a relationship of trust with customers in order to offer them an exceptional experience
- Be in charge of applying all pre-arrival procedures for our customers: studying reservations, identifying and making contact with Marriott Bonvoy hosts, emailing, VIP treatment etc.
- Establish a privileged relationship with our guests during the stay in order to respond to their requests, inform them about activities
- Manage customer complaints to guarantee their satisfaction
- Respond to customer comments and establish post-stay follow-up with some of them
- Promote the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
- Know the hotel’s products and services, promote them and be able to inform guests
- Inform customers about activities, restaurants, concerts … in Nice and the surrounding area
- Perform assignments with elegance, discretion and professionalism
- Respect procedures inherent in the establishment’s eco-responsible policy
