The WiZiU Group is looking for its General Manager Hermitage Gantois et Métropole Lille NB/H/F.
Attached to the General Manager and working closely with the various support functions at Head Office, you will be in charge of the day-to-day management of your hotel and will be the guarantor of the quality of the service provided to our customers and the development of sales.
Operational responsibilities
Main responsibilities
- Operational management of Hermitage Gantois
Establishes strategic direction for all hotel departments.
Planning, coordination and operational management of the establishment based on commercial, technical, economic, financial and human criteria.
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
Implement sales development and customer loyalty plans.
Manage the establishment’s teams (recruitment, training, evaluation, day-to-day management, …)
Monitors compliance with operational and marketing/booking procedures.
Guarantee the securing of the establishment’s sales.
Optimize operational management to ensure compliance with budget and management indicators.
Guarantor of Marriott standards.
- Supervision of multi-hotel perimeter (7 establishments)
Accompany and supervise the perimeter’s Hotel Managers on the management of their establishments.
Deploy a strategic vision to harmonize operations and optimize collective performance.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each establishment.
Ensure coordination with head office support functions.
Your profile
Skills and knowledge required
Graduated from a Hotel-Restaurant Management or Business School, you have significant experience in multi-site management, regional/metropolitan management.
Proven experience in multi-brand management (Hilton, Marriott, Accor) mandatory.
Experience in an international hotel group.
Mastery of issues related to Food & Beverage (F&B).
Orienté(e) qualité et expérience client, vous avez impérativement évolué dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie 4/5 étoiles, dont vous maîtrisez les codes et les exigences
Your leadership qualities are recognized by your teams, enabling you to unite them and develop their individual skills and collective performance to achieve the establishments’ objectives
You are naturally souriant, caring, curious and attentive
English fluency
A man/woman of the field
A full-time CDI, integration into an agile, pro-active and professional team
