Job description
We are looking for a Purchasing Director with proven experience in purchasing missions for several establishments.
The Purchasing Director will report directly to the Administrative and Financial Director.
Main duties (non-exhaustive)
The Purchasing Director will have a key role in optimizing costs, guaranteeing quality, and managing supplier risks within WiZiU’s scope of activity.
– Definition and implementation of WiZiU’s purchasing and cost reduction policy

– Negotiating force for setting up partnerships with third parties
– Supplier relationship management: negotiation of agreements, supplier selection/evaluation
– Monitoring and analyzing the market and the needs of the Hotels within WiZiU’s scope
– Supervise and develop purchasing and logistics teams
– Identify and evaluate purchasing opportunities and subcontractors, with a focus on CSR
Relying on current tools and with the support of the Commissary Manager, you will be in charge of the following key projects:
– Implementation of the operational contracts database via the Get 17 tool
– Deployment of Adacco purchasing software to pilot all purchasing processes
Types of objectives and key performance indicators
Controlling material costs – food and beverages
Controlling material costs – linen and hospitality products
Purchasing optimization
Animation of commissary teams
Your profile
Education / Professional experience
– BAC +3/5 level, with training in purchasing or equivalent, hotel industry or tourism
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in an equivalent position.
– Technical skills: “Fair Price” negotiation strength, tender management, good command of renovation work management/coordination, preparation of purchasing reports
