Job description
As part of a seasonal CDD, we are looking for a cook(NB/H/F) to join our brigade at the Holiday Inn Resort hotel for the Le Picardy restaurant,
Under the responsibility of Chef Laurent, your principal duties will be as follows:
- Organize and supervise the setting up of preparations according to technical sheets;
- Prepare and cook dishes;
- Dress and send out plates;
- Elaborate the menu in collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine and the Catering Manager;
- Check product quality and freshness;
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards;
- Participate in stock management and place orders if necessary ;
- Coordinate work with the restaurant.
The contract:
- Starting at 2800 euros gross per month;
- Accommodation provided;
- CDD – 39 hours.
Your profile
Your profile:
- Experience:Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar establishment;
- Skills: Mastery of culinary techniques, ability to work as part of a team, organizational skills;
- Qualities: Dynamism, creativity, team spirit and rigor.
- Kitchen training (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, or equivalent) is a plus.
