L’Hermitage Gantois is looking for its Breakfast Ranger NB/F/H.
Attached to the Breakfast Manager and to the F&B Management of the establishment, you will evolve within the breakfast service and your missions are:
- Set up the buffet:
- Master the baking of pastries, the cooking of hot buffet items;
- Enhance the products through their layout.
- Welcome and serve customers:
- Supervise breakfasts according to rooms;
- Accompany customers to their table;
- Advise and inform customers;
- Manage cash collection for outside customers;
- Ensure quality of service:
- Ensure the quality of the breakfast buffet (cleaning, restocking);
- Manage customer flow;
- Link with kitchen on requested specifics;
- Foster customer loyalty through service excellence and personalization at every stage of their experience within the establishment;
- Promote other services offered by the establishment;
- Let his/her line manager know of any complaints.
- Accompany the front-of-house team (waiters, apprentices):
- Guide teams in service management;
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment and premises;
- Respect and ensure compliance with the hotel’s standards and procedures, as well as the HACCP approach.
Your profile
Main qualities:
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven sense of service. Organized by nature, you know how to be versatile, always paying particular attention to the smallest details. You enjoy working as part of a team and know how to be rigorous in carrying out your assignments.
You have one year’s experience in a similar position, in a luxury environment. Your level of English enables you to work effectively in a professional context.
Contract : CDI 39h
Schedules theoretical: start between 5:30 and 6:00 am.
Salary: 2274.12€ monthly
