Applicable law and jurisdiction.

Any dispute relating to the use of the Site is subject to French law. The competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

After having referred the matter to the legal department and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 1 month, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and procedures are available on his website www.mtv.travel.
