The profession of chef, which we have followed for so many years, means sharing knowledge and know-how with each member of our brigade. It’s the pleasure of working with a wide variety of seasonal and local produce, full of different colours and smells, allowing us to offer our customers a wide choice of dishes. Our greatest success will be your satisfaction.
Customer satisfaction is of key to me. I enjoy seeing customers delighted with their experience and leaving the spa feeling relaxed, having enjoyed an unforgettable wellbeing experience. Working with a close-knit team enables us to succeed in the challenges we set ourselves every day.
One of the key values of our business is versatility, which plays a fundamental role in the development of our employees. My daily objective is to develop the skills of my staff and to support them in learning the business and customer relations. I’d also like to add that we’re lucky enough to work in a historic and luxurious building, which makes our day-to-day work a pleasure.

Of course, some periods, such as the high season, can be more demanding, but what really makes me proud is being able to offer a unique experience to those who come to the restaurant. During service, we do everything we can to ensure that every customer is happy, with quality dishes, well-presented and served quickly. And at the end of the day, you can see their smiles, they’re enjoying themselves.
I like working in this hotel because I like the human contact, and here I’m in direct contact with the customers, which I really enjoy. My colleagues and I make a great team. It’s like a little family, it feels like home.
Every day, I walk along the Promenade des Anglais, with the sun and the sea. What more could you ask for? When I walk into a room and see the sea in front of me, it’s magnificent. I’m proud to work at Le Méridien.
